The job plan
Objectives
- To help refugees to express their expectations regarding future employment.
With this tool the refugee can express his/her expectations to their future employment by categorizing different jobs into Plan A, B and C – the dream job, the acceptable job, and the job necessary to accept in order to become self-providing.
