Minimising cross-cultural issues during the interview

  • To inform companies about the diversity of migrants (according to their status, level, origin...)

This tool gives companies the keys to understand that migrants are not a uniform group: depending on their administrative situation, their level of training and education, their origin..., they have different needs and expectations. In addition, it provides action steps to minimise cross-cultural issues during the recruitment process.
