Objectives
- To identify key employability skills.
- To evaluate the distance towards their mastering.
- To plan the actions to implement.
This self-evaluation is proposed for 13 sills (Situation at home, Health, Motivation, Language and communication, Personal competencies, Inter-personal skills, Independency, Adaptability, Punctuality, Personal appearance, Quality of work, Understanding and execution of instructions, Order and tidiness). For each of these skills that are not mastered, the migrant has to think of what can help him to improve.
