Objectives
- Check the prerequisites and attitudes required for working as a Pastry Chef.
- To monitor the development of practical skills during a work placement associated with training.
This tool measures the aptitude and preparation for being a Pastry Chef. It consists of three parts: 1) Preliminary checklist for demands and conditions, 2) Assessment of personal skills, 3) Assessment of practical qualifications. They can be used in a course to find areas of agreement, monitor progress or estimate the distance to the job. The questions can also be used as a conversation tool, to address specific issues related to the potential job.
