This tool provides possible reactions to the wide range of psychological, cognitive and behavioural adaptations faced by newcomers because of the cultural and organisational differences in the host country. Their aspirations often turn into frustrations, related to the structure of the destination society. The tool lists the main reasons generating frustration and anxiety among newcomers and asylum seekers and possible managing solutions.
