Intercultural competence

Objectives
  • To describe the competence needed to work in a human environment composed of different cultures.
  • To provide tips to improve this competence in action.

A 3-page text explaining the combination of skills, knowledge and attitudes that are needed to work with persons from different of different origins and in particular with refugees. Suggestions to develop this competence among newcomers but also in the practice of social operators are given.
