Objectives
- Check the prerequisites and attitudes required for employment as Housekeeping Attendant.
- To monitor the development of practical skills during a work placement associated with training.
This qualification card measures the aptitude for a job. It consists of three parts: 1) Checklist of behavioural pre-requisites, 2) Assessment of key attitudes, 3) Assessment of practical skills. Parts 2 and 3 are used throughout the course to find areas of agreement, monitor progress and estimate the distance to a mainstream job. The questions can also be used as a conversation tool, to address issues with a trainee.
It is applied to the job of a Housekeeping Attendant.
